Built by an operating landscaper

Dispatch software built by landscapers, for landscapers.

Route optimization, payment automation, and AI operations — designed for multi‑location lawn care and landscaping franchises that have outgrown spreadsheets, group chats, and generic field service tools.

Currently in private beta with PSLSCA LLC (Palmstone Landscaping, Modesto, CA) as the live operating customer.

Most landscaping companies run on duct tape.

Dispatchers juggle Google Maps, a phone, a clipboard, and Venmo. Crews show up to the wrong house. Invoices get sent two weeks late. Owners have no idea which crew is profitable. We know — we lived it. Palmstone Dispatch is the system we wished existed when our own crews scaled past one truck.

Three pillars. One operating system for your trucks.

Dispatcher Routing

Google Maps–backed route optimization that builds the day's schedule by truck, by territory, by service type. Drag-and-drop reassignment, one-tap turn-by-turn handoff to crews, automatic ETA texts to customers.

  • Per-truck daily route in under 30 seconds
  • Customer ETA SMS with one click
  • Territory-aware assignment for multi-city franchises

Payment Automation

Stripe + OpenPhone / Quo CRM integration sends the invoice the moment the crew marks the job complete. Subscription billing for recurring lawn care, one-off invoices for installs, automated dunning when cards fail.

  • Auto-invoice on job completion (no clipboard math)
  • Subscriptions for weekly / bi-weekly maintenance
  • Quo CRM & OpenPhone sync for the call-to-cash loop

AI Operations (OpenClaw)

Our internal automation layer handles inbound lead triage, quote drafting from photos, no-show recovery, and weekly P&L summaries by truck. Owners get a Monday-morning brief instead of a Friday-night spreadsheet.

  • Lead triage from web form, SMS, and missed calls
  • Photo-to-quote drafting for yard cleanup & turf jobs
  • Weekly per-truck profitability brief

Founder-market fit

I'm building the software my own landscaping company needs.

I'm Jesus Zamudio Parra, sole owner of Palmstone Landscaping (PSLSCA LLC) — a residential and commercial lawn care & landscaping company operating across Modesto, Riverbank, Salida, Ceres, Del Rio, and Turlock in California's Central Valley.

Palmstone Dispatch is being built and dogfooded against my own crews and customers, modeled on the multi-location playbook of franchises like Augusta Lawn Care. Every feature ships because a real dispatcher, a real crew lead, or a real customer needed it — not because a product manager guessed.

Once the product is stable on Palmstone, the next step is opening it up to other multi-location landscaping operators who are stuck in the same spreadsheet-and-group-chat trap.

Built on a serious stack, not a no-code prototype.

Application

Next.js (App Router) · TypeScript · Tailwind

Data layer

PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security · multi-tenant by franchise

Identity & auth

Supabase Auth · Super Admin role for franchise operators

Routing & maps

Google Maps Platform · Distance Matrix · Directions

Payments & comms

Stripe · OpenPhone API · Quo CRM API

AI / automation

OpenClaw automation gateway · Anthropic Claude · AWS Bedrock

We run multi-tenant Postgres with strict Row-Level Security so each franchise's customers, crews, and revenue are isolated by default — not by application-layer guard code that can be bypassed.
